Group Music Instruction

Music Fundamentals I and II Music Literacy I and II

Music instruction that focuses on rhythm and pitch reading. Participants play a variety of rhythm instruments, perform a varied repertoire and explore beginning composition.

Music instruction designed to move students as knowing participants from learning to read music, using a solfege system of move-able do, to reading to learn music.

Choral Ensembles

Children's Choir Concert Choir

Open to all musicians regardless of prior singing experience.

Open to all musicians regardless of prior singing experience. Students are highly encouraged to participate in classroom music activities for support in their performance endeavors.

Chamber Choir

An auditioned group of approx. 24 singers. Singers must have completed course work in both Music Fundamentals and Music Literacy in order to be eligible for participation. Director’s placement is required.

The life of every student will be enriched by the habits, skills, knowledge, appreciation, and discipline developed during the study of the arts.
